Sometimes, you may need to set the alarm for specific time intervals. You may want to have a power nap for an hour, or you may need a reminder to wake up 2 hours after your meals to take your pills. While cooking too, you may want to set the alarm after 2 or 3 hours, especially if it is a long process. With your Alexa device, powered with the smart speaker of Amazon Echo, all of these can be done very quickly.
